All people have tried to lose their footing, feel overwhelmed, lack energy, or have difficulty breathing all the way down into their stomachs.

This gus is not about fixing anything.It's about allowing yourself to feel.

Along the way, you'll be guided through words, moods, essential oils, sound universes, and warmth that support each element's particular energy. There are no expectations and no right or wrong way to experience the journey.
