2.5 hour event - Wednesday 2 September at 19.00

We invite you into a warm, present and ceremonial space where body, mind & soul can meet in deeper contact. Each sauna trip is intuitive & unique — we feel the energy in the room & let it guide the experience.

With experience from therapeutic, healing & ceremonial spaces, we create a safe environment where there is room for all of you. Through heat, breath, movement, instruments and carefully selected oil blends, you are invited to contemplation, reflection and presence.

Among other things, the ceremony may include:

• Guided breathing

• Shamanistic drum & other live instruments

• Music & Voice Guidance

• Guided exercises during the breaks

• Sharing together

Our intention is to keep a space where you can meet yourself with loving curiosity, let go of what no longer serves you and create free space for what does.

We believe that the answers are already in you. Therefore, our role is not to show the way, but to hold the space so that you can listen to your own inner wisdom. Caring for warmth, energy & community, we invite you on an inner journey — with yourself at the center.
