We start with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, which invites you to land in the body and open up to your intuition. You will also have the opportunity to draw cards and receive the messages that appear to you.

Freya loves to let nature be part of the experience. Through extractions, tassels and the elements of nature, a sensual connection is created to yourself and what lives within you.

As part of the circle, you will also be invited to saunagus and ice baths — a powerful experience where heat and cold help you to let go, find peace and feel your inner strength. Here, both body, mind and soul are allowed to be purified and replenished.
