Electronic Gus
Electronic pampering for body & soul
When darkness falls, we open the doors to an intense and sensual sauna experience. This evening we invite you into a universe where warmth, fragrance and electronic timbre merge to create a deeply transformative gus-journey.
The experience consists of 8 powerful gas rounds of 12—14 minutes and 1 final cool-down round. The total experience lasts approximately 4 hours (18—22 pm).
The Earl guides you through rounds of intense immersion, sound therapy and spiritual depth — with drums, vibrations and electronic sound surfaces that work with both body and mind.
Morten turns up the deep bass and the raw energy. Here there is full power from start to finish, where electronic music and powerful heat dissolve thoughts and fill the body with energy and strength.
Midway — after round 4 — we gather for a light meal/snack in Poppelly's newly refurbished premises, where there is room for grounding, fellowship and recharging before continuing the journey.
Between rounds there is access to:
• Shower and ice bath
• Fruits and snacks
• Juice water with electrolytes
This evening is a holistic experience where body, mind & soul become one, as warmth, electronic music and carefully selected scents excite the senses and lift the energy.
Limited seats — book well in advance.

The Story of Poppelly
Poppelly is a 19th-century farmhouse. The farm appears very authentic for its time and is a trademark of the district of Lille Havdrup
The three thatched buildings on the property were constructed in 1817, and consist of a main house and two barn- barn buildings.
The property is inscribed in the building history of the heath community with its combined longhouses, narrow courtyard, farmhouse located to the north, cross-glazed windows, flimsy half-timbering and thatched gable roofs with crow's feet. The window frames and windsheath are traditionally painted with the contrasting colour red to the white window frames and black/brown gable boards respectively.
Museum South East Denmark inspected the property, and estimates that Lille Havdrupvej 12 fits into a distinctive and typical cultural environment. The property is preserved intact.
The property forms part of a uniform cultural environment of other similar and contemporaneous country buildings on Lille Havdrupvej.
