Angels and Demons
Lille Havdrupvej 12, 4622 Havdrup
Angels & Demons — Saunagus Special Event.
Duration: 3 hours. 6 rounds of 12—14 minutes
Join us for a sensual and evocative sauna journey, moving between the light and the dark, the angelic and the demonic. “Angels & Demons” is an intense gus-event where we play with contrasts in both scents, music, lights and mood.
The bright rounds feature light and uplifting essential oils -- citrus, flowers and herbs, perhaps -- accompanied by gentle music and warm, caressing turns. Here you are invited to inner peace, presence and light.
The dark demonic rounds bring intense heat, deep scents like incense, wood and spices -- and music with heaviness and drama. Here you feel strength, raw energy and maybe a little chaos before balance is restored.
We move in a haze where the rounds alternate between light and dark — culminating in a festive, sensual and powerful ending.
Between the gushes we take breaks with cold baths, snacks, tea and tranquility to land. Everything takes place in a safe environment with room for both contemplation and redemption.
The event lasts approximately 3 hours and includes 6 full rounds of gushing. It's an intense experience -- both physically and emotionally -- so come well-rested, and remember to drink well with water before and after.

About Poppelly Wellness
The Hot Path to Wellness
Welcome to Poppelly Saunagus. A sauna with a real wood stove that creates a particularly authentic and cozy atmosphere, where the heat from the wood stove adds an extra dimension of naturalness and presence. Here you get an experience of a natural crackling sound universe and a warmth that ensures you have a great sauna. The heat from a wood-burning stove has a very special quality, which differs significantly from other heat sources. The Story of Poppelly
Poppelly is a 19th-century farmhouse. The farm appears very authentic for its time and is a trademark of the district of Lille Havdrup The three thatched buildings on the property were constructed in 1817, and consist of a main house and two barn- barn buildings. The property is inscribed in the building history of the heath community with its combined longhouses, narrow courtyard, farmhouse located to the north, cross-glazed windows, flimsy half-timbering and thatched gable roofs with crow's feet. The window frames and windsheath are traditionally painted with the contrasting colour red to the white window frames and black/brown gable boards respectively. Museum South East Denmark inspected the property, and estimates that Lille Havdrupvej 12 fits into a distinctive and typical cultural environment. The property is preserved intact. The property forms part of a uniform cultural environment of other similar and contemporaneous country buildings on Lille Havdrupvej.
